Lawn Games at Whirlowbrook Hall - Bekah & Jamie

We love Whirlowbrook Hall! It's a stunning venue with lavish gardens and outdoor space, and was high on the list when it came to planning and picking our own wedding venue. The gardens and grounds are what I love about Whirlowbrook Hall the most, with so many opportunities for wedding photos with your other half. The sprawling green lawn in front of the house is lovely, which brings me on to our role in this beautiful wedding... garden games!

Bekah got in touch with us a couple of months before the wedding in search of some guest entertainment during her drinks reception and into the early evening for her summer wedding. Garden games really are the perfect way to entertain your guests. No matter what age, big or small, everyone loves to get involved and they make for some amazing pictures. Check our the photographs from Bekah and Jamie's special day below, kindly provided by the wonderful About Today photography.

Here is what Bekah said about our games...

" We can not recommend the garden games enough! We had so many positive comments made by our guests - they looked lovely and provided entertainment during formal photographs and throughout the evening. They really added to the relaxed atmosphere that we wanted to create for our wedding and for the amount of use they received, they were great value for money!"

"We have a gorgeous preview for you today, Jamie & Bekah’s fun and relaxed day at Whirlowbrook Hall. The manor house with a beautiful garden room that over looks acres of picturesque gardens is perfect for a relaxed summer wedding. They had traditional lawn games out on the lawn that went down well with all the guests, we even had a go on the tin can alley and hoopla on our break during the wedding breakfast. It was such a fun day to capture full of love and emotions, Jamie welling up as he waited for Bekah to walk down the aisle and catch a first glimpse of his bride to be and there were plenty of laughs as the guests enjoyed the games.

And did we mention they had their family dog Olly there too, we love dogs at weddings! "
